What makes Tests training approach unique

How long are the training sessions?

Each training session typically lasts for one hour, but there are flexible mini-sessions of 30 minutes as well. The length can be adjusted based on your personal schedule and fitness goals.

Can I switch between different service options once Ive started

Absolutely Test is flexible and allows you to switch between different services meeting your evolving goals

Do I need my own equipment for online coaching sessions?

You do not need your own equipment. Workouts can be tailored with or without equipment.

What happens if I miss a session

If you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule your session. For unexpected circumstances, well do our best to find a convenient time to make up for the missed session.

What kind of results can I expect and in what timeframe?

Results can vary based on your starting point, goals, consistency, and effort. Generally, clients start to notice improvements in physical fitness and energy levels within the first 4-6 weeks. More significant transformations normally occur within 3-6 months of regular engagement with the program.
